Shipping

Free Shipping within the US. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

We try to get most orders out the next business day, but on occasion some items will ship in 2-5 business days.

Happy Heart Accessories is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your local post office to find lost or stolen packages.

We do provide tracking numbers.

If you would like expedited shipping please email us before you order, to obtain expedited shipping costs.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal at Happy Heart Accessories is to make every customer HAPPY, but we know with shopping online sometimes things just don’t fit, and back it must go!

Love it, but just need to exchange for a different size? Please email us happyheartaccessories@yahoo.com with the size needed and we will work with you to exchange and provide shipping address. We do have limited sizes in each style so the sooner the better, to make sure we have it. If your size is no longer available we will issue electronic credit. First option is exchange for the correct size.

  • All return items must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date indicated by your order’s tracking number
  • All exchanges must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition, all tags intact, stain free, make up free, and deodorant free.
  • Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless we made a mistake
  • Ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery with tracking confirmation, as the responsibility of the return items is yours.
  • Once an order is placed we do not offer cancellations.
  • Exchange only or instore credit if your size in not available

Exchange only, no money back, in store credit only. Merchandise must arrive back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number. Items must be in brand new condition.

No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free. SALE items are a final sale!

  • Please include packing slip OR your own note with your name, item description, address, and indication of exchange including size, or store credit.
